It is 8:40 a.m. Pacific and I am Destressed ;) This morning I taught a class titled Introduction to Meditation and it was fun and very destressing. The thing about meditation is that you take your mind, which is in a disorganized state, and bring it to a focused state. Quieting the mind is awesome. When you learn to quiet the mind you can relax physically, mentally, and emotionally. Another benefit of quieting the mind is you turn it into a habit and you can find your quiet mind at any time and anywhere during the day. Please check out the Introduction to Meditation audio available on my store. It may not be available until later today or tomorrow.
