A great way to destress yourself from work or from life in general is to call on friends or family.  Pick someone you truly enjoy being with and call them up, have a conversation, or ask them to get together. 

You can have fun by just enjoying the person you are talking to, enjoying the person you are with, or enjoying whatever you are doing.  Make it a conscious effort to leave your stress or problems behind and enjoy the moment you are in.

Don’t forget to have fun and be playful because it is in your nature.
